Shipping Policy — Fallback (when M Star hasn’t provided shipping details)

Use this page as a default shipping policy whenever a product listing or seller ("M Star") does not include specific shipping terms.

Overview

This fallback shipping policy applies only to orders for which no explicit shipping information has been provided by M Star. It sets reasonable expectations for customers and explains how we will handle shipping, tracking, delays, and related issues until M Star supplies seller-specific terms.

Scope

  • This policy applies to items sold by or listed under the name M Star that lack explicit shipping details.
  • If a product page or order confirmation includes different shipping terms from M Star, those terms override this fallback policy.

Processing time

Orders will typically be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. "Processing" means we pick, pack, and hand the order off to a carrier. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery windows

The following are estimated timeframes from the shipping date (not the order date):

  • Standard domestic (within same country): 3–10 business days.
  • Expedited domestic: 1–3 business days.
  • International: 10–25 business days (customs, duties, and local delays may extend this).

Note: These are estimates. Carriers (e.g., postal services, couriers) set actual delivery dates and may be affected by weather, customs, or operational disruptions.

Shipping costs

When M Star does not supply shipping rates, the following fallback rules apply unless otherwise stated at checkout:

  • Orders under $50: flat-rate shipping of $6.99 (domestic standard).
  • Orders $50–$149.99: flat-rate shipping of $3.99 (domestic standard).
  • Orders $150 and above: free standard shipping (domestic).
  • International shipping: charged at cost and estimated at checkout based on weight and destination.

These prices are placeholders and should be replaced when M Star provides their seller-specific shipping charges.

Carriers and tracking

We will select a reliable carrier (such as the national postal service or a reputable courier). Tracking information will be provided to the email address on file once the order ships. If tracking is not available for a particular shipment, we will notify you and provide a best-available estimate.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows a delivery failure or the package is not delivered within the estimated window, contact us at the address below. We will open an investigation with the carrier and — if confirmed lost — either resend the item or refund the order amount (excluding any duties or fees paid to customs), at our discretion.
  • Damaged items: Please report damaged items within 7 business days of delivery. Keep packaging and photographic evidence to help claims with the carrier.
  • Delays: We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control. We will work with the carrier to expedite resolution where possible.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are handled according to our Returns Policy. If no seller-specific returns policy exists, returns for reasons other than defects are customer-responsible for return postage. If an item is defective or not as described, return postage will be covered by M Star or by us where appropriate.
