Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Only unused or defective services/products are eligible.
- Digital goods (subscriptions/downloads) are refundable only if not activated or accessed.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, promotional credits, and discounted items.
- Services already rendered or partially consumed.
Process
- Contact support at support@mstar.com with proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Note: MStar reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
